Preparing (or staging) your home is especially important in a buyer’s market. It’s important to ensure that your home is free from clutter, clean and that any repairs have been done. Try to see your home through a buyer’s eyes and change anything you feel is necessary.
I will be marketing your home through various means, including but not limited to, my website, the Re/Max website, facebook, twitter, yard sign, text signs, MLS and open houses.
When an offer comes in we will review the details and I will make recommendations based on my experience and market knowledge so that you can make an informed and confident decision.
I will work with you as well as with the Buyer’s agent to ensure that all conditions are on track to being met within the agreed upon timeline.
Ensure your finances are in order and your lawyer is on track to close the deal on the agreed upon date. I will always be available to answer any questions you have. Don’t forget to set up the utilities and notify the post office of your change in address.
